What to do if your order is damaged

Our transport partners have a clear process around administering and approving claims for a damaged product. It is essential that the following process is adhered to, providing all parties with the required information within the agreed time frame.

The transport companies paperwork/consignment note must be noted as damaged at the time of signing for your delivery. If this is not adhered to we will be unable to process a credit.
