Timeline from Southern Pine Products is set to revolutionise the building industry. Timeline is delivered onsite treated, pre-primed with a proprietary dual coat paint system that only needs two topcoats of premium acrylic paint for a long lasting and great looking finish.
New technology
Timeline is manufactured in a new and unique way. It uses an internationally proven Boron salt based treatment to H3.1 standard, which is applied using new technology, so that the treatment solution achieves full penetration into the timber.
The paint system incorporates a new cross linking acrylic primer, applied through a vacuum paint line and cured in an infra-red dryer to give a superior finish. As a result, Timeline products restrict resin bleed and tannin stain, a common problem with solvent based treatments and oil primers.
Economical and Durable
This new system saves time and money. Timeline only needs two 100% acrylic top coats to complete, meaning significant cost savings and resulting in the ultimate protection and a longer lasting finish.
Environmentally Friendly
Timeline minimizes the effect on our environment. It is a natural timber product milled from FSC certified sustainably managed Pinus Radiata Forests. The Boron treatment and acrylic paint system are solvent free, a real plus for the environment. Importantly, builders and homeowners are no longer exposed to the hazards of using solvent treated timber.
